The Experience
The Aqua Chimp experience starts with a 5 minute safety briefing followed by 55 minutes on the course. Please note the time you book is the time your safety briefing will begin.

We advise you to arrive 45 minutes ahead of your time booked to allow for checking in, collecting hire kit and getting changed.
At Aqua Chimp, we make your whole experience as smooth as possible, from booking to climbing it’ll be a breeze. Here is a step by step guide.
Step One
Book Online and Complete Your Waiver.
Secure your spot by booking online and ensure everyone in your group completes their waiver.
Step Two
Check-In (Duration: 45 Minutes before time booked)
Arrive at reception, pick up your kit, and get changed. This is your time to prepare for the adventure ahead!
Step Four
Return Your Kit
After your adventure, return your equipment at the designated area.
Step Three
Aqua Chimp Session (Duration: 60 Minutes from time booked)
• Safety Briefing: 5 minutes: Attend the essential safety briefing to learn how to navigate the course safely. The briefing area is located next to the pontoon.​

• Aqua Chimp Experience: 55 minutes: Put your skills to the test as you tackle the exciting challenges of Aqua Chimp!
Step Five
Relax at the Café
Unwind and reflect on your exciting day at our café, where you can enjoy refreshments and snacks. Please note we are a cashless venue.
Share Your Adventure With Us
Spectators
Spectators are very welcome and can almost feel a part of the action with viewing areas on 2 sides of the enclosed body of water. Feel free to cheer on participants and feel their energy and excitement as they take on the challenges. Plenty of seating is provided and a selection of snacks, drinks and light meals are available from our café.
Cancellations
For standard Aqua Chimp bookings, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled date. For exclusive Aqua Chimp sessions, party bookings, or corporate events, cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the booked date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if cancellations are made with less notice than the specified periods. Please contact us to cancel or rearrange your booking.
